In the rapidly evolving automotive electronics industry, kemitraan manufaktur yang andal sangat penting untuk menghasilkan kualitas yang konsisten, ketepatan teknis, and scalable production. Sebagai seorang yang berpengalaman automotive display terminal supplier, EWA (Yihua Industry) has established a strategic cross-border manufacturing partnership with JVCKENWOOD, a globally recognized automotive audio-visual technology brand.

Following a rigorous global factory audit, EWA officially entered mass production in 2025, supplying high-performance automotive display terminals for key international markets, termasuk Japan and Australia. Since then, the partnership has continued to expand in production scale, technical integration, and market applications.

The collaboration demonstrates how EWA combines automotive electronics engineering with flexible OEM/ODM manufacturing to support demanding international automotive projects.

EWA & JVCKENWOOD Manufacturing Collaboration

Next-Generation In-Vehicle Display Architecture

As a specialized automotive display terminal supplier, EWA develops and manufactures in-vehicle infotainment systems for both factory-installed applications and aftermarket vehicle upgrades.

The product architecture combines high-resolution displays, konektivitas ponsel cerdas, digital radio, navigasi, and multimedia functions into a flexible automotive electronics platform.

Native Wireless CarPlay and Android Auto

EWA automotive display terminals support Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, allowing drivers to connect compatible smartphones without relying on a wired USB connection.

The integrated platform supports convenient access to navigation, hands-free voice assistance, phone functions, and compatible mobile applications. This enables automotive brands and distributors to offer a more connected in-vehicle experience.

DAB/DAB+ Digital Radio Integration

For international automotive markets, EWA integrates DAB/DAB+ digital radio modules into selected display platforms. High-sensitivity tuner solutions are designed to provide stable digital audio reception across supported regions, including Japan, Australia, and European markets.

In addition, FM/AM radio with RDS support provides broader compatibility with regional broadcasting requirements.

Multimedia and Vehicle Connectivity

Beyond smartphone integration, the automotive display platform supports high-definition multimedia playback and multiple vehicle-related functions.

Tergantung pada kebutuhan proyek, EWA can integrate reverse camera interfaces, multi-format audio-visual playback, touchscreen controls, and other customized functions. Karena itu, OEM customers can develop display terminals around specific vehicle platforms and market requirements.

Flexible SMT Manufacturing for Automotive Display OEM/ODM Projects

Producing automotive electronics for global brands requires more than product assembly. It also requires stable process control, consistent quality, and the ability to scale production according to changing project requirements.

To meet these demands, EWA operates flexible Surface Mount Technology (SMT) production lines designed for automotive electronics manufacturing.

The manufacturing system supports both large-volume production and customized small-batch projects, allowing EWA to respond efficiently to different OEM and ODM requirements.

This flexible manufacturing structure allows EWA to balance production volume, penyesuaian, and delivery requirements. Sebagai akibat, automotive brands can move from product development and validation to mass production through a more integrated supply chain.

Proven Field Performance: Australian Road Testing in July 2026

Before large-scale commercial deployment, automotive display systems require validation under real driving and environmental conditions. Laboratory testing alone cannot fully reproduce the temperature, road conditions, network environment, and vehicle-use scenarios encountered in the field.

Karena itu, EWA conducted comprehensive road testing for its latest custom automotive display terminal in Australia.

Di dalam Juli 2026, the system successfully completed Australian road testing. The evaluation covered key performance areas, termasuk:

• System operating stability
• Thermal performance and heat dissipation
• GPS signal acquisition
• Wireless network connectivity
• Real-world driving performance

Successful completion of the road tests provides additional validation for the product’s stability in the Australian market. It also supports subsequent mass-production and market distribution plans.
