Знаки EWA 10 Years of Automotive Partnership with Russian OEM

В 2026, an executive delegation from ЕВА completed an official executive visit to its long-standing automotive manufacturing partner in Russia. The visit marked a significant 10-year cooperation milestone and provided an opportunity for both teams to review a decade of joint engineering achievements, tour the automaker’s latest vehicle assembly facilities, and discuss future technology roadmaps.

Over the past ten years, the partnership between EWA and its Russian OEM partners has developed from initial component manufacturing into a long-term strategic engineering relationship. Throughout this journey, EWA has continued to provide customized hardware, stable supply chain support, and dedicated engineering services as an experienced in-vehicle display terminal manufacturer.

More importantly, the 2026 executive visit demonstrated the continued value of long-term collaboration in the rapidly evolving automotive electronics industry.

A Decade of EWA & Russian OEM Collaboration

The partnership has progressed through several important stages, from early display terminal prototyping to mass-production integration and next-generation digital cockpit development.

This decade-long development reflects a gradual expansion from individual product projects toward deeper engineering cooperation and long-term automotive platform support.

Expanding Cooperation in Next-Generation Automotive Electronics

During the 2026 facility tour, engineering leaders from both organizations conducted technical workshops covering the future development of automotive electronic platforms.

As vehicle architectures continue to evolve toward centralized computing, connected systems, and intelligent cockpits, пользовательские автомобильные дисплейные терминалы are becoming increasingly important. They serve not only as information interfaces but also as key components of the overall driver and passenger experience.

The discussions focused on several major areas of technical cooperation:

Digital Cockpit Integration

EWA is supporting the transition from standalone infotainment displays toward integrated digital cockpit solutions. These platforms can incorporate digital instrument clusters, central control displays, and co-driver entertainment screens into a more unified vehicle interface.

Extreme Climate Engineering

For vehicles operating in severe cold climates, display systems must maintain reliable optical performance and touch responsiveness under demanding environmental conditions. Поэтому, EWA and its partners are continuing to improve display thermal management for operating environments down to -40°C.

CAN/LIN and Domain Controller Compatibility

Modern vehicles rely increasingly on interconnected electronic control systems. Accordingly, EWA’s automotive display solutions are designed to support integration with CAN/LIN communication networks and domain controllers, enabling reliable communication between in-vehicle terminals and electronic control units (ECUs).

Advanced Optical Bonding and Anti-Glare Technology

Display visibility is another important consideration for automotive applications. Through advanced optical bonding and anti-glare coating technologies, EWA aims to improve sunlight readability, reduce reflections, and enhance structural protection for displays used in passenger and commercial vehicles.

Comprehensive Technical Support and Automotive-Grade Quality Assurance

Long-term automotive partnerships require more than reliable hardware. They also depend on consistent engineering support, управление качеством, supply chain stability, and lifecycle services.

За последнее десятилетие, EWA has established an integrated support model covering product development, manufacturing, technical assistance, and long-term service.

EWA Quality & Lifecycle Support

Design & Р&D → IATF 16949 Production → Technical Support → Long-Term Spare Supply

1. Автомобильное производство

Every изготовленный на заказ автомобильный дисплейный терминал developed by EWA is manufactured according to strict МАТФ 16949 quality management requirements.

From PCB design and electronic integration to housing assembly and final inspection, automotive display products undergo extensive testing. These tests include vibration testing, environmental aging, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) тестирование, and thermal shock testing.

Как результат, EWA can provide display solutions designed to meet the demanding reliability requirements of automotive applications.

2. Reliable Delivery and Global Supply Chain Support

In addition to engineering capabilities, stable delivery is essential for automotive manufacturers. Over ten years of cooperation have enabled EWA to optimize its supply chain and develop flexible inventory-buffering strategies.

These measures help support consistent delivery schedules and reduce the risk of component shortages or unexpected production interruptions at customer assembly facilities.

3. Long-Term Technical and After-Sales Support

EWA’s support extends throughout the product lifecycle. Engineering services can cover vehicle prototype development, CAN-bus software adaptation, product integration, field diagnostics, and firmware support.

This lifecycle-oriented approach allows automotive customers to maintain technical continuity from initial development through long-term vehicle operation.

Заглядывая в будущее: Advancing Connected and Intelligent Mobility

The 2026 executive visit represents more than a decade milestone. It also provides a foundation for the next stage of cooperation.

As automotive technologies continue to evolve, autonomous driving assistance, connected telematics, electric powertrains, and intelligent cockpit systems are creating new requirements for vehicle electronics.

Against this background, EWA will continue investing in automotive display technologies and expanding its engineering capabilities. В то же время, the company plans to strengthen its global service network and provide international automotive manufacturers with reliable car display customization OEM solutions.

By combining customized hardware, automotive-grade manufacturing, engineering support, and long-term supply capabilities, EWA aims to support the next generation of connected and intelligent mobility.
