Использование глубокого технического фундамента в автомобильном производстве, ЕВА has successfully expanded its technological footprint into the high-growth personal beauty and wellness electronics sector.
EWA has secured a major strategic partnership with a leading high-end South Korean beauty device brand. Engineering and mass-producing a complete, high-precision beauty device control mainboard assembly. The project has officially reached steady, full-scale mass delivery, marking a significant milestone in EWA’s diversification strategy beyond automotive displays and industrial smart terminals.
Leveraging Automotive-Grade SMT and Low-EMI Precision Engineering
High-end personal skincare devices—such as radiofrequency (RF) skin tighteners, microcurrent massagers, and phototherapy systems—demand exceptionally high precision, low signal interference, and strict thermal safety. Drawing upon years of expertise as a trusted поставщик автомобильных дисплеев and electronic module manufacturer, EWA transferred its rigorous automotive quality control standards directly to the personal wellness production line.
Key Engineering & Manufacturing Highlights:
-
Automotive-Grade High-Precision SMT Assembly: Utilizing automated Surface Mount Technology (СМТ) lines with 3D Solder Paste Inspection (СПИ) and Automated Optical Inspection (АОИ) to guarantee zero-defect solder joint integrity on high-density circuit boards.
-
Proprietary Low-EMI Shielding Technology: Personal beauty devices require sensitive high-frequency signal generation. EWA integrated advanced Electromagnetic Interference (ЭМИ) suppression circuit designs to prevent RF noise from affecting capacitive touch controls or external electronics.
-
Quiet & Long-Life Precision Control Modules: EWA’s self-developed control modules deliver ultra-quiet operational drive performance with extended component lifespans, meeting international electro-medical and health device safety benchmarks.
